SEN Teaching Assistant Required – Blackpool

Tower supply are currently looking for a strong Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Blackpool to start ASAP. This will be a long term cover role.

The school is in Blackpool and easy accessible to motorway and public transport links.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with hard to reach pupils who display challenging behaviour and have other special education needs. We would love to hear from support workers who have worked with looked after children who require additional support or any experienced TAs with relevant experience. You must have a patient & calm approach and be able to build relationships with children of a primary age. This role is extremely rewarding for the right person.

* You must have the legal right to work in the UK * You must hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification * This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks * Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
