Job title: ECT Primary Teacher – Year 2 Temporary full-time

A ’very good’ primary school in Blackpool are seeking to employ a passionate Year 2 Teacher to join their team on a temporary contract for the full academic year, starting in September 2023.

This school is renowned for its inclusivity and supportiveness for pupils, staff, and parents, and is a highly desired workplace for teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to develop their skillset and kickstart their career.

The Headteacher highly encouraging new ECT’s to apply and they are willing to facilitate the successful teacher through their induction year’s.

The ideal Primary Teacher should:

Hold UK QTS and have experience of working in British Schools
Possess a great passion for teaching
Be confident in the classroom
Have been graded good/outstanding in recent lesson observations/placements

We also have roles for unqualified people (an existing degree would be desirable, but not essential) As would a background in working with children & young people or in care – FULL TRAINING will be given.

Most of our positions start on a temporary basis. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
