Calling all newly qualified teachers!

We are based in Blackpool and are working with a range of local schools who are seeking enthusiastic newly qualified teachers (ECTs) to join their team. As a new teacher, in a longer term role, you will work closely with an experienced mentor teacher to plan engaging lessons, create a positive classroom environment, assess student progress, and collaborate with parents and staff.

The ideal candidates are innovative classroom leaders who are committed to making a difference in students’ lives.

Newly qualified teachers bring fresh ideas and energy to schools, so if you have recently completed your teaching course and are excited to launch your career, we would like to hear from you!

The schools we are working with are very supportive and offer a range of CPD to support you in your career A lot of the roles are full time however, there are lots of part time and day to day positions that come up every week.

We pay very good rates, weekly and only PAYE no umbrella companies with hidden fees to you.

• All candidates who register with Tower Supply will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the Update Service. We can arrange this for you if you don’t have one.
• All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years.
• All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
• All candidates will have commitment to and responsibility for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people to the relevant extent of the role.
