We are looking for a KS2 General Classroom TA to join our team at Tower Supply a leading education recruitment agency in Blackpool to work in YR5 & YR6 classes in a pleasant and well run primary school in Cleveleys. until July 2024

• To support  pupils in the absence of the regular classroom TA
• Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning
• Provide support to pupils in the classroom including working in small groups 
• Qualified TA Status or a teaching qualification
• Proven experience in teaching assistant roles in a primary or secondary school setting
• Good classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a new classroom setting
• A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to undergo a DBS check through ourselves
