We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Tower Supply to work with in a pleasant village primary school.

The Ideal candidate will have:

* A supportive and friendly attitude

* Relevant TA qualification

* Ability to build positive relationships

* Manage pupil behaviour in accordance with school policies and procedures

* Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning

* Provide support to pupils in the classroom including working in small groups

* Proven experience in teaching assistant roles in a primary or secondary school setting

* Good classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a new classroom setting

* A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to undergo a DBS check through ourselves.
