Hours: 8.45am – 3.15pm pm, 5 days per week (6 Hours a day)

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Supply TA /Support Assistant to join our school from early September. This role is crucial in supporting the classroom environment and enhancing the learning experience for pupils. Day-to-day of the role:

Support pupils with their learning and development within the classroom.
Work alongside teachers to deliver activities and learning tasks.
Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Provide individual or small-group support where necessary.
Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence.
Support classroom preparation and organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting.
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, caring nature, and adaptability.
Qualified to at least level 2
Effective team working capabilities.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
